A 12-story mixed-use building in New York at East Houston Street and Avenue D has a new name: The Adele. (It’s also going by a new address, 310 East 2nd Street).
Will using Adele‘s name bring success for the luxury rentals? The Adele will join The Robyn in a pop-star friendly East Village. What will be in store for New York next, The Gaga? 😉
