Adele leads the Under 30 Rich List appearing for her fourth year in a row. Produced by the Sunday Times, their list looks at the top 20 richest young musicians in the UK and Ireland. The numbers have been crunched for the new edition of The Sunday Times Rich List, released this weekend and are based on information about the artist’s land and property portfolios, stocks in public companies and known assets such as art.
For the first time, Sam Smith debuts on the list with a fortune of £12m, putting him in joint 14th place.
